Just 6 minutes of mindfulness can really change your life. We often power through our days. We go through the motions and hardly have the chance to slow down and be in the present. Along my continued journey of mindfulness and self-care I developed a 3-2-1 routine for myself that I practice daily to help keep me focused and centered. It’s simple and consists of spending 3 minutes stretching, 2 minutes thinking positively by practicing positive visualization, and following up with 1 minute of deep breathing. It’s important to be present in the moment and let yourself have that short time to take care of you. Challenge yourself to try it for 1 week and see how much it truly helps!
